Bipartisan Baltimore County resolution urges denial of Days Cove landfill ‘trash juice’ discharge permit

The resolution comes as the rubble landfill seeks to renew its existing permit and modify it to discharge up to 25,000 gallons of treated leachate — sometimes referred to as "trash juice — into the river basin.
