"I am very keen to hear a clear explanation … as to whether there is currently a federal law enforcement investigation going on in regards to the accusations of assaults and abuse at Freestate ChalleNGe Academy," said Delegate Lauren Arikan. "The accusations are extremely serious … and could constitute grounds for criminal charges."
