Jeffrey F. Bill

Jeffrey F. Bill is a photojournalist and visuals editor for Baltimore Sun community publications Annapolis Capital Gazette, Carroll County Times, The Aegis, and Howard County Times. Jeff is a Pulitzer Prize special citation recipient and a Time Magazine’s Person of the Year for 2018, as a member of the staff of the Capital Gazette. Jeff has won numerous awards for his work, including Pictures of the Year International 2006 and several MDDC Press Association Awards, including 2024 Best of Show for Breaking News. He is originally from Syracuse, New York, and is a graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1986. Jeff joined The Baltimore Sun staff in 1989. Email him at jbill@baltsun.com.
