The chairman of the House Budget Committee, Rep. Jodey Arrington, R-Tex., said in a video that he believes his public service should be temporary. “As much good as we've done together, there’s a time and season for everything, and this season is coming to a close," Arrington said. "That’s why today I am announcing I will not be seeking reelection."
